In various Rackham documents (Universe, Cry Havoc 10, etc.), here is a summary of what the Eagle Army's Concord should contain.
The essence of the Eagle is the unification of non-human peoples against human domination and their focus on Destiny, for it is humans who brought Light and Darkness. Army of Shenroth, an “extra-planar” people living in another realm aboard flying fortresses.
In the Cry Havoc on the history of the Sessairs, there is mention of a great battle. There is mention of the role played by Ogmios, there is mention of the crucible of Danu... But the Concord and Shenroth are never mentioned. There is sometimes mention of the ancient civilization of the centaurs of Dracynran... It was only later, in one of the last Cry Havoc publications, that the words Shenroth, Eagle Concord, Thunder Eagle, and Faathi appeared. And that's when the story of the minotaurs as non-residents of Aarklash, the flying fortress, etc. appeared for the first time. Then the Concorde was massively remobilized in the Dance of the Scorpion, notably creating the link between Assura of Sarlath (already presented in an early Cry Havoc talking about him during the presentation of the Dark Houses, but where the words Faathi or Shenroth do not appear at all) and the last two prophets of Faathi...
The warriors of Aarklash have chosen to put aside their differences in the name of a common cause. Some, such as the dwarves and the Wolfens, are descended from peoples who existed before the arrival of humans. Others, such as the Orcs, have appeared over the ages. Still others, such as the centaurs and Ogmanai giants, have seen their cultures absorbed or destroyed by human civilizations and see the Eagle Concord as an opportunity to avenge their ancestors. Under the guidance of the Archons and the oracles of the Faathi, the warriors of the Eagle have learned Shen, the language of Shenroth, in order to communicate effectively. Shenroth's army is much smaller, but just as diverse as that of Aarklash. It is composed of immortals united under the authority of three beings of formidable power: the Thunder Eagle and his two oracles, Abharûn and Nyris. The Archon minotaurs form the personal guard of the princes of Shenroth. Over time, Shenroth's army has gathered many elemental beings from conquered or devastated kingdoms. In recent years, their numbers have continued to grow. The army of the Concord is divided into two, and each side has its own leaders.
Notable figures of Aarklash
- Asthenas: A centaur knight raised in the strictest traditions of the Dracynian centaurs. He became one of the leaders of one of the two factions of the Eagle Concord army, the one formed on Aarklash.
- Norrstrom: Came from the mountains, from the borders of Naël-Tarn, to lead one of the two parts of the Eagle Concord army, the one formed on Aarklash.
- Khulrûn: Rebel Raïk, from the Sarkaï orc tribe, leader of one of the two parts of the Eagle's Concord army, the one formed on Aarklash.
- Gurath: Minotaur lord, also known as Hurricane of the Black Mountain. Leader of one of the two parts of the Eagle Concord army, the one assembled on Aarklash.
They regularly meet with Velkanos, the minotaur lord of the Murgan Horde, but are unable to convince him to join them permanently.
Incarnations of Shenroth
- Thunder Eagle: Prophet of Shenroth's destiny, sent by the Faathi. Little is known about him.
- Nyris: One of the three oracles of the Faathi and leader of one of the divisions of the Eagle Concord army, that of Shenroth.
- Abharûn: One of the three oracles of the Faathi, and one of the leaders of the Eagle Concord army from the Kingdom of Shenroth. He is also the leader of the flying citadel of Shenroth.
The third oracle, Asura, was lost during a war in the Dark Kingdom of Phobos. Asura was originally one of the three oracles of the Faathi, the deities of destiny who formed the Eagle Concord. He was lost during a battle in the dark kingdom of Phobos. Left for dead on the battlefield, Asura lost his mind and was tempted by the power of darkness. He returned to Aarklash when the archmage Kaian Draghost opened the portal to Phobos. Asura became Asura of Sarlath, father of one of the dark houses of Acheron.
At the end of the Dance of the Scorpion, the flying fortresses spat upon Azeroth. In Conf4, we are told that the crash site of the fortress Faathi, which fell on a barony of Alahan, is becoming a new “capital” for the peoples of Destiny! The Archons call the nations to them and launch an offensive against the nations of Darkness and Light, recreating the ancient alliances that existed before the Winter of Battles. Well, think what you will of the Eagle Concord... but its passage is now official, and they anchored their impact on Aarklash in the era of the Ishim'Re and the Ophidians, connecting it to the ancient centaur civilizations (Dracynran, etc.), the first Wolfens, and ancient cults whose traces can be found in Cadwallon. The Archons call the nations to them and launch an offensive against the nations of Darkness and Light, recreating the ancient alliances that existed before the Winter of Battles.
